While overlooking New York City, a couple guys get together and podcast once a week to goof on sports, politics, dating and life in general. All while slightly pissing each other off.

I am with Anthony on this. Now...you may "watch" it...but, I wont travel to someone's house to do it. And Boston/Yankees...my god! That is illegal in most states.

This is great! The Aftershow is longer than the actual show. Prediction: Anthony WILL NOT show up to the apartment on Sunday. I just did not hear the committment in his voice (Come on Anthony! Prove me wrong!).

The long aftershow was nice, got a lot of in-depth thoughts and overall crazy stuff. I have some stuff to add, as you requested.

I think Anthony's play is a pretty good idea, but there are a couple of flaws with it. I'm assuming that with "9 guys on the offensive line" that he's using like a "jumbo" formation. But if any one of your offensive lineman miss a block, one of their linebackers slips thru or around, or one of the guys who usually cover the wide receivers comes around, then your running back would be toast. I think a better idea would be to have a couple of guys leading the way and blocking for the running back as they go, kind of like a 'lead toss' or something. I've been using that kind of a strategy whenever I play NCAA Football 2005 for XBOX, only about 2% of my plays are down the middle because I usually only gain a couple of yards.

Regarding Anthony's unwillingness to watch football with Scott, I think that is somewhat strange. I am an Ohio State fan, like Brian (Go Bucks!) and I wouldn't really think that much about watching a game with a Michigan fan. After the game, there might be a little awkardness I think, or maybe a comment or two but overall it would be fine. Maybe, as a devout fan, Anthony is fearing ridicule in case his Giants lose?

Sorry for the long reply. And one last thing: Anthony can't hang up on Skype or figure out how to use an iPod; do you think he can figure out how to play an XBOX game? I guess we'll see.

Hello,

I would normally not comment but the fast food talk had me laughing so hard my side hurt. I wanted to say you have several avid listeners in S. FL. Being origanaly from NY you guys have a way of making me feel like I'm home. I have to say also that my wife does not you guys AT ALL!!. Thats OK, makes me like it even more. In addition, thanks for turning me on to Soccer girl. I won't even bother playing her if my wife is around.
