I will be a positive response for Internet dating. I meet my wife of 5 years online.

  2. Richard Says:

First time I checked out the show. Laughed my ass off.

  3. Mike (Finland) Says:

Welcome to the show Richard. If you liked this episode, man are you in for a treat. Just dl all the older shows from the past year on Itunes (or whatever you use for podcasts). I can tell you I’m hooked. If I don’t get my fix on monday when I get to work, the whole day just bites.

  4. Luke (Netherlands) Says:

I also met a girl online once (not via a dating site or anything though), and she eventually became my girlfriend for about a year. So not all is bad :)

  5. Steven Volante Says:

Well, tell us how you really feel. I must say letting it rip is what makes Squadcast what it is. I have been in the shadows for a while so just a reminder. My band is Ardent Octopus, you played one of our tunes. I am in S Florida and my HW pic was the New Millennium Man Cave as Larry dubbed it. Well I have finally joined the world of podcasting and rather than acting coy this is an attempt to shamelessly beg for a plug. The sucking up part is how much of an inspiration you have been, not that our show is at all similar. Well we are at ardentoctopus.podshow.com by the way our bass player met his wife on the internet and I am certain he would not be offended by how you totally look down on the very instrument that shaped his life (insert sarcasm here). Well I found it funny.

    All the best,
    Steve

P.S. I left this on your podshow site but noticed mine was the only coment. Are listeners aware of squadcast.podshow.com? Do you care what site comments are left on or will you see them all anyway?

  6. Duane Says:

Friend of mine met his wife on Match.com. Married 11 years.
They’re getting divorced as we speak. I keep telling him it would be funny to see if you could sue match.com to recoup some of those lawyers fees.

The funny thing is that once he started dating he went right back to it, this time eHarmony. So I guess he considers it a success.

  7. Modern Kaveman Says:

Oh the online dating stories I could tell you all. Hey Scott, how long will your voicemail record?
