Dashboard Metrics
Incident states metrics gives you a single view of the number or volume of incidents in each of the respective states on Squadcast along with response metrics which indicate the time taken to resolve and acknowledge a triggered incident. Typically, response metrics are used as a baseline to improve your incident response processes.
MTTA & MTTR Analysis
Quickly understand the volume of alerts your organisation has handled over a specified period of time, and the corresponding MTTA (mean-time-to-acknowledge) and MTTR (mean-time-to resolve). Visualize how these metrics are trending over time and drill down into areas of improvement based on which alerts require more time and attention.
Incident Count
Displays the Incident Count for a selected time range as a line graph. You can add additional graph inputs (lines) by tweaking the Status, Service or Alert Source filters associated with the graph.
Incident Count Heat Map
Displays the Incident Count and the associated information on interaction with each block in the heat map.
Incident Count by Service
Displays the number of Suppressed Events, Deduplicated Events, Open Incidents and Closed Incidents per Service

Squadcast comes with a built-in way to export your incident data based on certain data fields. You can export incidents in CSV format to be used for further processing. This also available as public API.

Quickly get a high level view of the incident timeline displayed in reverse chronological order as to when the incident was first triggered and assigned, who acknowledged it or re-assigned and who resolved them and when. Export Incident timelines into easily readable PDF or marked down version.
