How many notifications are included in my account?
Below are the notification limits for different plans:

Additional notifications can be availed at $0.1 per additional SMS or call For rest of the world: (# of users x 25 free notifications). Additional notifications can be availed at $0.35 per additional SMS or call.

Do you support international SMS and voice notifications?
Yes, we support international SMS and voice notifications.

How can I subscribe and where can I see my invoices?
The account owner will be able to login to the Billing portal (Settings > Billing > Billing Portal). You can view your invoices there.
What are my payment options?
We accept Credit card payment for Monthly and Annual invoices. You can also make payments via Bank transfer for Annual invoices only.
What will be the charge for stakeholders?
Squadcast supports stakeholder licenses only on the Premium Plan and Enterprise Plans. With the Premium plan, you can add up to 10 stakeholders at no extra charge, while our Enterprise plan allows for an unlimited number of stakeholders, also at no additional cost.
What will happen after I exhaust the free notifications?
Free: In the Free Plan, only the first 100 notifications (SMS + Phone calls) are free. This is a one-time offering for the whole account. Once you exhaust this limit, you can receive only Email and Mobile Push notifications.

How does the 14-day trial work?
You will have access to all of Squadcast’s features for 14 days on the Trial Plan. Notification limit: 100 (Phone + SMS combined)

Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime and you’d be charged on a pro-rata basis.

What are the different user types?
Account owner: Squadcast allows only one Account Owner per Organization. An Account Owner has all the privileges in that Organization and by default will also be responsible for the billing of the account.
User: Users, by default, have the ability to customize their Profile, Notification rules, Respond to, and resolve incidents. Typically, Users are the Engineers, SREs, Systems Engineers or anyone in your team that handles incident management & on-call.
Stakeholders: Stakeholders have view-only access to all incidents. This means that Stakeholders are not notified by default for any of the incidents created in Squadcast.
What if I don’t see an integration I need?
We integrate with 100+ tools and are constantly adding more. You could alternatively use our Public API to integrate with the tool of your choice. However, we are always looking for new integrations. You could reach out to us with your needs and we can have this delivered.
