How to Attach a Runbook to an Incident in Squadcast?

How to Attach a Runbook to an Incident in Squadcast:

1. Open the Incident List and the incident you want to attach a runbook to. 
2. Navigate to the Runbooks section and click on “Attach Runbook”
3. Select the runbook you want to attach to the incident and click on “Add Runbook” to save it
4. You have the option to attach multiple Runbooks to an incident.
5. The Runbook will be attached and listed. You can also mark the completion of each step by checking the checkbox for each step

Every action on a Runbook, such as adding a Runbook, or completing a step - it gets recorded in the Incident Timeline automatically. For more, check the full guide here.
