How to

Automate sending slack messages when incident is triggered

To set up Slack channels & notifications with workflows, click on the Slack logo under Select to add action -> In the side panel, click on Create Incident-Specific Slack Channel.

Squadcast central console- Consolidate Services, Alerts, and Operations

Enhance Incident Response: Automate, Inform, Streamline, and Boost Performance.

Next you'll be provided with two options, You can choose to assign an auto-generated name to the Slack channel.

Or you can choose to assign the name using the templating variables such as incident_id, incident_message, incident_description etc, to make sure that the message fits your needs.
