Automate sending Teams message when incident is triggered

To automatically send a direct message to a specific Microsoft Teams channel, click on the Microsoft Teams logo under Select to add action -> In the side panel, click on Send a message to a specific Microsoft Teams Channel.

Select the channel that you want to send the message to and enter the message you would want to send. You can also use the supported templating variables such as  incident_id, incident_message, service_name etc, to create the message. Click on Save and you have successfully automated sending Teams message when incident is triggered.
