Automatically create Jira ticket when incident is triggered

To create Jira Tickets which are triggered by incidents, click on the Jira Logo under add action-> In the side panel, click on 'Create a Jira Ticket'.

Next select the Jira account, Jira Project and Issue Type with the ticket details such as Title and Message you would like to automate. You can use the templating variables such as incident_id, incident_message, payload etc, to create a message. Finally click on Save and you have successfully added the new action.
