Automatically send an email when incident is triggered

To send an email whenever an incident is triggered, you have to set up a workflow for whenever an incident is triggered. To do this, click on the Squadcast logo under Select to add action -> In the side panel and then click on Send an Email.

Within this workflow, you can add multiple email addresses with a space in between and also define the subject and the body of the message by utilizing the templating variables such as incident_id, incident_variable, incident_message, service_name, alert_source_type etc, allowing you to modify the email as per your requirements.
