Isha Foundation, founded by Sadhguru more than 25 years ago, is a volunteer-run, international non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating human potential. It implements several large-scale human service projects to support individual growth, rebuild communities, and restore the environment.

Their incident response team is responsible for aggregating alerts and routing them to the engineering team while keeping 200+ stakeholders informed. Initially, there was a dedicated On-call team; they had to manually route alerts to concerned teams, which was inefficient and inconvenient.
