Bitrix24 is a cloud-based business management and collaboration platform that provides a suite of tools for managing various business processes.
If you use Bitrix24 for your collaboration and CRM requirements, you can integrate it with Squadcast, an end-to-end Incident Response tool, to route alerts such as creating a lead on Bitrix24 CRM or creating a task in Bitrix24 to Squadcast.
Step1: In Squadcast, navigate to Services, then to Service Overview and select or search for your Service. Expand the accordion and in the Alert Sources section, click Add.
Step2: Select Bitrix24. Copy the displayed Webhook URL to configure it within Bitrix 24. Finish by clicking Add Alert Source and then Done.
Please Note:
When an alert source turns Active, it’ll show up under Configured Alert Sources. You can either generate a test alert from the integration or wait for a real-time alert to be generated by the Alert Source. An Alert Source is active if there is a recorded incident via that Alert Source for the Service.
Step1: Login to your Bitrix24 dashboard and click on the Developer Resources section.
Step2: Choose Common use cases and select Other.
Step3: Choose Outbound Webhook and paste the previously copied Squadcast Webhook URL.
Step4: Choose the Events for which you would like to get alerts on Squadcast. At the moment you can choose from
Step5: Click on Save.
That's it, you are good to go! Your Bitrix24 integration is now complete. Whenever you create/update a lead or a task, Bitrix 24 would fire an alert and it would create an incident on Squadcast.
