It’s the end of a decade and this year has been nothing short of great with accelerated product adoption, team growing 2x in size, a platform full of features and a heart full of happiness!
2019 gave us an accelerated product growth and our team grew by 2x in size. We kick-started this year with a complete UI refresh and a whole bunch of new features. We also sponsored some of the major tech events and conducted our first ever community driven meetup!
Among many other additions, here’s a little list of our most exciting features:
We achieved other major product and feature improvement milestones like 3x-ing our page load speed on both the web and mobile applications, added a subscription option to the StatusPage feature, added the functionality to configure rules for email integration and more.

Going Freemium on 1st October, 2019 to make SRE and modern incident management accessible for companies at any scale and teams of any size. We immediately saw a 4x product adoption with customers from IT, Banking, Telecommunications, Healthcare and more.
On the Events front, we sponsored and participated in some of the most eminent technology conferences for our folks like SREcon Americas, Kubecon EU, SREcon APAC, SREcon EMEA, LISA, Kubecon NA, and a whole lot more!
Our key event highlight in 2019 was conducting our very own, community driven ‘SRE for the Masses’ meetup that saw SREs from Quizizz and Rapido sharing their Product & Reliability journeys.
We kick-started our very own content series, ‘SRE Speak’, an initiative to bust myths around the functioning of SRE as a role, where we aim to help not only aspiring SREs but also those who are completely new to this realm.
