On-call Scheduling and Rotations

Escalation Policies
Set policies to auto-escalate incidents to the right individual or team. Escalation Policies make sure the right people are notified at the right time. The incident notifications can be configured to escalate to Users, Squads or Schedules in a given order and time. You can create different escalation policies for different services.
Schedule Overrides
With this functionality, an existing schedule for a specific period of time can be overridden to meet your updated preference for an on-call shift. This also ensures that only the updated users in the new override shift will get notified of incidents triggered during the override shift period.
